1. I HAVE NEVER ORDERED A DRESS ONLINE, AND I AM A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT IT. WHAT IS THE TOTAL PROCESS FOR ORDERING?

No problem. We have had many brides who were nervous about ordering their wedding dress online, but all have been impressed and satisfied with their gowns when they arrived. We can promise that our gowns look 100% like the photograph that is available, and we do our best to make sure that it is made for your body. We offer a free made to order measuring service, so you can put your custom measurements in with your order. As soon as you find the gown you want, just add it to your cart, and checkout. On the last step of the checkout process there will be an "Order Comments" box. This is where you will put in your measurements, as well as the date of your event. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. We do our best at keeping you informed with the status of your gown throughout the process, and you will receive an email from us with the tracking number as soon as your dress has been shipped.

 

2. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION WHERE  I CAN TRY ON THE DRESSES?

We are online based only, so therefore we do not have a physical location.

 

3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. One of our main goals is to provide you with the best, most reliable service. We want to make this the most stress-free experience for you during what we know is a very stressful time. We do our very best to ensure that any gown you order from us is of the best quality and is everything you want it to be. If when the gown arrives, you are in any way disappointed with how it looks, or think it can be improved in any way, you have the opportunity to email us photo documentation of what you think is wrong with the gown, and if, after review, we agree, you can return the gown for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that our return policy does not cover wrong sizes. If you are in any way worried about the sizing, we suggest ordering a custom size from us. That way, you can give us your measurements and we can make the dress more for your body. ** Ordering a custom size DOES NOT promise that the gown will fit exactly, it merely makes the gown more fitting for you. There is no charge for this service. If the gown does not fit exactly to your body when it arrives, feel free to send us an email and we can provide a list of wedding gown alteration locations in your area.

 

4. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Our website is equipped with a size chart. However, if you already know what dress size you are, there will be no need to fill out your measurements. Just simply choose your size when ordering.

 

5. WHAT IF I WANT A CUSTOM SIZE?

If you are unsure of the exact size, we suggest going to our "Measuring Guide" page and having someone take your measurements. Then choose the "Custom Size" option that is available in the size option menu of the product page. When you place your order, simply put all of your measurements in the  "Order Comments" box. That way, you can provide us with your appropriate measurements, making it easier for us to make the dress specifically for your body. There is no charge for this service. 

 

6. WHAT IF THE DRESS IS THE WRONG SIZE WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

Unfortunately, since we do not keep any dresses in stock (we begin making the dress as soon as you order it), and since each dress is custom made to fit you, we will be unable to process any refunds 24 hours after the order was placed.

 

7. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DRESS AFTER I ORDER IT?

Whether you choose a standard size, or give us your custom measurements, all of our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

It will take 22-29 business days for your dress to be tailored by one of our professional seamstresses. Then it will take about 3-6 business days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination, depending on what shipping method you choose.  Our standard shipping takes 6 business days, and our expedited shipping takes 3 business days. **Please note: International orders will take approximately 5-6 weeks to arrive. 

 

8. DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?

We do offer a rush option, for an additional $30 fee. This will ensure that your gown will arrive between 3-4 weeks instead of 4-5 weeks. If you are planning to have your gown rushed, we do suggest that you choose the "Expedited standard shipping" when ordering. That will give another assurance that your gown will arrive when it is needed.  

 

9. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT? CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not have to have a Paypal account to order one of our gowns. If you would like to pay by credit card, there will be an option after you have been directed to the Paypal page to enter your credit card information instead.

 

10. WHAT DIFFERENT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our wedding gowns only come in white, but if you would like a different color, send us an email and we will see what we can do. The Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaid, and Prom dresses all come in multiple colors, which are available to view in the "Color" option on the products page. We also have furnished a Color Chart to help you identify which color will work best for you.  Please note that the colors may vary slightly on different computer monitors.

 

11. WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON THE DRESS?

We can alter most of our patterns, to some extent. Some things we can offer are: making the sleeves longer, making the neck/back neckline higher, changing a zip up gown to a corset back, or visa versa, etc. If you would like something changed on the dress, send us an email and we will let you know if we can do it.

 

12. ARE ALL OF YOUR DRESSES MODEST?

As modesty is very important to us, we take every measure to make sure the dresses we have will give you appropriate coverage. Our goal is to provide modest, yet beautifully styled gowns that won't break your budget.
